Adults only

Do not use real-money or item-wagering services if you are under 18 or below the legal age in your location. Local laws and platform rules may prohibit or restrict access even for adults.

Set hard limits

Decide a loss limit and time limit before starting.
Never borrow, use essential funds, or chase a loss.
Treat every deposited amount as money you may lose.
Stop if play affects sleep, work, school, relationships, or mood.

Get help

If stopping is difficult, use the service's self-exclusion tools and contact a qualified local gambling-support organization. In an immediate mental-health crisis, contact local emergency services.
