1. About SlothiW

SlothiW is the official community website for the SlothiW YouTube channel. It hosts community giveaways, blog content (news, guides, and more), and community features around Counter-Strike 2. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Giveaways hosted on SlothiW are free community prize draws. No purchase, payment, or wager is ever required to enter. Winners are selected at random from eligible entries.

2. Age Requirement

This website and its services are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). By creating an account and using this site, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Accounts & Steam Authentication

To participate in giveaways and access certain features, you must sign in using your Steam account via Steam's OpenID authentication. We do not receive or store your Steam password. Authentication is handled directly by Valve's Steam servers.

When you sign in, we store your public Steam profile information (Steam ID, display name, and avatar) in our database to identify your account on SlothiW.

You are responsible for the security of your Steam account. Any actions taken through your SlothiW account are your responsibility.

4. Profile Information

After signing in, you may optionally provide additional profile information including your Steam Trade URL and Discord username. This information is used solely to deliver giveaway prizes (in-game items via Steam trade) and to verify Discord-based community participation.

Profile information can be updated once every 7 days. You may skip providing this information during onboarding, but certain giveaways may require specific fields to be filled in before you can participate.

5. Giveaways

Giveaways on SlothiW are free community prize draws. No purchase or payment is ever required to enter. Each giveaway may have simple requirements (such as having a Steam Trade URL saved so we can deliver a skin, or having Discord connected) and optional bonus entry tasks (such as joining our Discord server, subscribing to our YouTube channel, or visiting a page). Completing bonus tasks simply adds additional entries for that user in the draw.

Winners are selected at random from eligible entries. SlothiW reserves the right to disqualify participants who attempt to abuse the system, use multiple accounts, or violate these terms.

Some giveaways may link to external third-party community events. SlothiW is not responsible for the terms, conditions, or prize fulfillment of external events.

SlothiW reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any giveaway at any time without prior notice.

6. Blog Content

Blog posts, guides, and news articles published on SlothiW are for informational and entertainment purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of this content.

All blog content is the property of SlothiW or its respective authors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish content without written permission.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages in giveaways
• Provide false or misleading profile information
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit giveaway systems
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users

8. Third-Party Services

SlothiW integrates with or links to third-party services including Steam (Valve Corporation), Discord, YouTube, and others. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. SlothiW is not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of any third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

SlothiW is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SlothiW shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, participation in giveaways, or reliance on any content published on the site.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
